Innovation Coaching

Space to think. Clarity to act.

A six-month coaching programme for founders and senior leaders who want clearer priorities, stronger confidence and a more deliberate approach to growth.

The A–C–B framework

Start where you are.
Work towards what matters.

A → C → B: define the destination before the next steps

  1. A · Understand

    Where are you now?

Establish the current situation, strengths and challenges.

  2. C · Define

Where do you want to be?

Clarify your ambition over the next three to five years.

  3. B · Choose

What matters in the next six months?

Select the priorities and actions that move you towards that ambition.

A structured commitment

Support beyond the session.

We start with a goal-setting call, then work through a six-month framework covering leadership, confidence and strategic clarity.

  • One 60–90-minute coaching session each month.
  • One or two 15-minute check-ins during the month.
  • Preparation, review, structured responses and framework development between sessions.

The overall commitment is typically 1–2 days of support per month, including this work behind the scenes.

My role is to help you uncover your own strengths, challenge assumptions and stay accountable for the actions you choose.

Reflection, focus and follow-through.

Support across each month

  1. Before the session

    Review and prepare

I review the context and structure the framework and responses around the priorities emerging from our work.

  2. 60–90 minutes

    Think together

Use the main session to explore decisions, challenge assumptions and sharpen your focus.

  3. Between sessions

    Maintain momentum

One or two 15-minute check-ins help you revisit actions and keep the work connected to what is happening.

What you bring

Real decisions from your working life.

Leadership

How do you lead through change, give your team direction and make space for others to take responsibility?

Confidence

Which assumptions are holding you back, and what would help you make considered decisions with greater confidence?

Strategic clarity

What matters over the next three to five years, and which priorities deserve your attention now?

Accountability

What have you committed to, what happened when you acted and what needs to change next?

Is this a fit?

Coaching starts with your own ambition.

Do I need to be a founder?

No. The programme also supports senior leaders and professional-services partners. The starting point is a meaningful leadership or business challenge you want to work through.

Will you tell me what to do?

The coaching approach is to help you examine options, recognise strengths and weaknesses, and develop your own judgement. It is distinct from taking executive responsibility within your business.

What happens at the end of six months?

The programme gives you a defined period to work against the goals set at the outset. The closing discussion can review progress, learning and the priorities you want to carry forward.

Why is it called Innovation Coaching?

The focus is on finding better ways forward in your leadership and business. That includes strategic clarity, confidence and practical choices, rather than being limited to inventing new products.
